Jack Moraine - Lead Pastor

Jack is the founding pastor of Vineyard Community Church and also serves as the Southwest Regional Leader for Vineyard USA. He is also the author of the book, "Healing Ministry," which was published in 2010. Jack has a B.A. in Religion from Grand Canyon University and an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. Jack and his wife Brenda have four adult children, Brandon, Brady, Britt, and Breana, as well as seven adopted children (Anthony, Dayton, Mackenzie, Mia, Ciera, Halle, and Mercy).

David Hinman - Associate Pastor

David Hinman joined our staff in June of 2015.  Prior to working at VCC, David was an Associate Minister at Word of Grace, planted LifePoint church and was a Campus Pastor at City of Grace.   Both David & Lissa are passionate about leadership development and seeing Jesus transform individual’s lives so that they can profoundly impact their community. David has a B.S in Education from Taylor University and a Master of Divinity from Regent University.  He is also working on a Doctorate in Spiritual Formation from Denver Seminary.  David and Lissa have three children and one son-in-law (Jordan, Joy married to Matthew, and Joelle).
 

Mark Morgan - Associate Pastor

Mark has been in full time ministry for over 30 years. He is a graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas and of Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Mark was born in the San Joaquin Valley of California where he was raised on a farm. Later, his family moved to Colorado and then Missouri. Before moving to Arizona to plant a Vineyard church, Mark served as a youth pastor in Olathe, Kansas and as a senior pastor Valley City, North Dakota. Mark and Bonnie have twin sons, Matt and Mike, who are both married with families.

Danny Mullins - Associate Pastor

Officially licensed as a minister in 1971, Danny has served in many areas of pastoral and worship ministry. In February of 2001, he joined the staff of Vineyard Community Church. Danny serves as an associate pastor working in the areas of spiritual direction and formation, inner healing ministry, as well as adult education (Vineyard School of Minisry, VSM). Married since 1974, he and his wife, Janet, are the proud parents and grandparents of four sons and three grandsons.

Michael Gay - Student Ministries Pastor

Michael joined Vineyard Community Church as the Children's Pastor in October of 2013. In September of 2015 he transitioned into the role of Student Ministries Pastor working with students from 6th-12th grade. He also serves as the Southwest Regional Youth Leader for Vineyard Youth USA. Mike began working as a volunteer for children's events when he was 16 and has worked in Children's ministry in multiple capacities since then. Michael graduated in 2012 from the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Communications. Michael and his wife Rebekah have 3 children: Delia, Daphne, and Shane.
 
 

Debbie Hay - Children's Pastor

Debbie joined Vineyard Community Church as the Children’s pastor in September of 2015.  Debbie began working as a volunteer in 1991 at Word of Grace Church which she was later to become director of children and on to Children’s Pastor, serving there for a total of 20 years.  Debbie also helped to build a strong children’s ministry at LifePoint Church in San Tan Valley as well as most recently at City of Grace.  Debbie and her husband Matt have 2 wonderful children and 3 grandchildren.

Joel Bidderman - Worship Pastor

Joel joined part-time staff at VCC in April of 2015, giving oversight to the worship ministry and media. Over the years, Joel has led worship in various settings and in different ministry capacities, and he has a passion for raising up and discipling worshippers who do kingdom ministry. Joel has served in full time, cross-cultural ministry to Native American reservations for about 9 years, and currently, he also serves as a team leader at Feed My Starving Children: a Christian, non-profit organization that is called to feed God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit, all over the world (www.fmsc.org). Joel and his wife, Marissa, have two daughters (Sarah Clare, and Evangeline).
