Sermon Series

Sundays at 9 & 11 am | April 21-May 19

Everybody loves a hero. We all enjoy stories of people who overcome incredible odds and who exemplify heroism and courage. 1 John 5:4 says, “This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.”
In a world of of increasing isolation, brokenness and polarization, the truth is that living a life of faith in which we keep our word, we love God, we love others, and we work for healing, reconciliation, and justice — this kind of life stands out. because it’s different. You could even say it’s “heroic,” because it stands in sharp contrast to what many have come to expect and it reflects the heart of Jesus who is both the author and finisher of our faith.
Join us as we explore what it means for us as ordinary people to live lives of heroic faith.

Get Connected

Here at the Vineyard, we believe that we have been commissioned to proclaim the good news of the kingdom bearing witness to the already and not yet of the kingdom of God in words, deeds, and the ways we live our lives. This is something that saturates every aspect of our lives with compassion and deeds of mercy and love: in our worship, locally in our homes, communities, in the marketplace, as well as in our efforts globally.
Some of our Life Groups take a break from meeting over the summer months (June-August), or at least adjust their meeting schedule. If you are interested in getting connected, you can reach out to the contact person for the group. You are also welcome to visit our Local-Kingdom Living page for groups of people who are regularly engaged in reaching out to our local area.
These groups meet together around a common interest, activity, sport or stage of life. In the past we’ve had Social Groups that were about everything from playing basketball, going out to dinner, or hiking.
Are you interested in being a part of a group that is on mission together? We have opportunities to minister to those in need in our surrounding area, as well as local volunteering that touches people globally. You can learn more and volunteer via our Local Kingdom Living page.
